Olmsted Instrument Company warrants workmanship and replaced materials to be free of defects for the applicable period (see below). OIC will, at it's option, repair or replace warrantied equipment/material free of charge and return-ship via standard surface or second-day air delivery (as applicable).
Warranty Periods:

Repairs: Ninety (90) days from date of repair on all parts and labor applicable to the specific repair accomplished.

Overhauls: One Hundred Eighty (180) days from date of overhaul on all labor and parts replaced during the overhaul.

Purchase/Exchange of Instruments (OHC): One Hundred Eighty (180) days from the date of purchase.

Purchase/Exchange of Avionics (SVS): Ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.

Exclusions:

All repairs must be performed by Olmsted Instrument Company.
Warranty is void if unit shows signs of mishandling, alteration, broken seals, improper installation, or exposure to environmental conditions in excess of the equipment specification.
Units returned for warranty claim should be shipped in the original Olmsted Instrument Company shipping carton whenever possible. Damage during the return of the unit due to inadequate or improper packaging will void all warranty claims.
No obligation or liability beyond the repair or replacement of the warrantied equipment/material is expressed or implied by this warranty.
